How do I place an order?

Shopping with us online is simple! You can shop by team, category or by entering the name of the item you are searching for into the search field. When you find an item that you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. After you have entered the product in your basket you can return to the store to browse for more products. When you are ready to checkout, select Cart at the top of the page, then proceed to Checkout. Your total order will be summarized and you will have the option to make any changes to your order that you wish.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view the current status of your order by visiting the Track Order Page. If you supplied us with a valid email address when you placed your order, you will receive notification when your order is shipped. If you need additional help, please call Customer Care at +865-946-638(100).

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.Jerseykiss.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

How do I return or exchange an item?

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Please read about Returning an Item for more information.

Please click the link: Return Authorization Request,and fill in the blank then submit to us before posting an item and we will tell you the return detail. Unfortunately items sent back without a email reply cannot be accepted.

Can I return my Canadian/International order?

How do I redeem Online Gift Certificates?

Currently Gift Certificates can only be purchased and redeemed in US dollars.
Redeeming an Online Gift Certificate is easy. Follow these simple steps:
 
First:  Go to Jerseykiss.com and select the merchandise you would like.
Second:  During the check out process, you can enter the Gift Certificate number (codes are case sensitive) when selecting your Payment Options and click "Apply". Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after you receive them.Third: If you have more than one Online Gift Certificate, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one.

How do I purchase an Online Gift Certificate?

To purchase a Gift Certificate go to the Gifts page and select the amount you would like to purchase.

How do I find my size?

A sizing chart for NHL(R) and team apparel is available on the individual product pages. While looking at a particular item, just click on the sizing information link on the right side of the page. You will see the size chart that pertains to that particular product.
